With centering, facing, straight turning and chamfering options. Vertical and horizontal versions. One or two sides machining.
Different part flow possibilities. Automatic load and unload. Specific clamping fixtures for each implementation, from smooth shafts to precision forging. MQL.
Drilling, Milling,
and Combined Machines
Only high-speed drilling with optional chamfering or slot milling.
Also, part reference dependent combined models. From one to five machining units with one, two or three axes with interpolation each one depending on the application.
Different part flow possibilities. Automatic load and unload. Specific clamping fixtures for each implementation. MQL.
Drilling and Tapping.
Boring.
High-speed drilling with rolling tapping. Optional chamfering or counterbore.
Specific boring according to customer part. Optional chamfering.
Horizontal or vertical. Different part flow possibilities. Automatic load and unload. Specific clamping fixtures for each implementation. MQL.
Induction Hardening.
One or two stations (outside and inside part). Mobile inductor or one-shot hardening. Rotary transfer with synchronized rotary shower for maximum generator utilization.
Different part flow possibilities. Automatic load and unload. Specific fixtures for each implementation. Valid for different references. High speed PLC for better process control. Machine suitable for refurbishment or brand-new generator.
